What is stored and why

We store your uploaded file and the resulting scan in private CaseClearly storage so the signed-in account that submitted it can view and delete it. A limited server-side workflow reads the file; when analysis is available, it sends the document to OpenAI solely to generate this scan. Files and scan records remain until you use the deletion control or an authorized CaseClearly operator deletes them. The owner queue shows metadata and status, not document content.
