Free Case Scan terms
CaseClearly's Free Case Scan is limited to one PDF, JPG, or PNG court document for a person representing themselves in a Florida dissolution/divorce matter. You may submit only a document you have permission to share.
You must not use Case Scan for emergencies, safety concerns, an immediate hearing, or a time-sensitive need for help. Use the original court document, official sources, the clerk, or a qualified licensed attorney to verify urgent matters.
CaseClearly is not a law firm, lawyer, attorney-review service, or emergency service. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, attorney review, legal conclusions, filing instructions, deadline calculations, or a recommendation about what you should do. It does not create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee deadline detection.
The limited scan may identify only visible document content and may mark uncertain extraction for verification. You remain responsible for reviewing the original document and deciding whether and how to seek professional assistance.
Submitting a document requires a signed-in account. The document and associated scan are retained until you delete them using the provided control or an authorized CaseClearly operator deletes the entry. See the Privacy page for the current handling details.
